Elan Ashendorf is an engineering leader at Madhive with over six years of experience at the company, he was instrumental in the initial build-out of the engineering team and core codebase. He has driven significant improvements in data architecture, reduced operational costs, and fostered strong collaboration across teams and clients. As Principal Engineer and formerly as Vice President of Engineering, Elan was pivotal in scaling Madhive's revenue and expanding the engineering team. His approach, centered on servant leadership and continuous learning, has been highlighted in BuiltIn NYC and TVREV. He is also published in SPIE for work on a steganographic operating system. Elan holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from SUNY Binghamton.
