Bob created the Cloud Wars Top 10, a ranking and ongoing analysis of the world’s most influential tech companies driving digital business and the digital economy. In November of 2021, Cloud Wars joined the Acceleration Economy Network, a new media project he co-founded that covers the fast-moving and increasingly digital world of business. He has analyzed the enterprise-tech business for more than 20 years as a journalist, and editor-in-chief, culminating in a stint as Chief Communications Officer at Oracle between 2012 and
2016. Bob has given keynote talks on every continent (except Antarctica) and published thousands of bylined articles on digital transformation, business strategy, innovation, competitive positioning, customer intimacy, leadership, and more.
