OANDA is a leading and globally recognised broker, with award-winning trading platforms. As Chief Information Officer, Elliott is responsible for OANDA’s global data, security and infrastructure strategy. He ensures the technology to support corporate operations and objectives are in place.

Elliott has a wealth of experience in transforming information and infrastructure strategy in fast-growing software and hardware product companies. Prior to joining OANDA, Elliott was Vice President of Scalability at ecobee. He holds a BE in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University.

Elliott has always been fascinated by what really makes a business tick. Having a great product is crucial, but he is particularly drawn to what goes on behind the scenes. By focusing on processes, systems and the measurements and metrics that guide teams to perform better, he has helped numerous companies significantly improve their results.

In his personal time, Elliott enjoys flying (he has a private pilot’s license), running and reading non-fiction and management books.
