Pooja Jain is a customer Engineer in Google Workspace within Google Cloud. Ms. Jain is a speaker on Generative Artificial Intelligence and Security. She has deep experience with SAS solutions for productivity and collaboration. With more than a decade of experience, Ms. Jain has held different roles throughout her career in Technical Advisory services, sales and consulting and Product Management. Her current responsibilities at Google workspace includes sharing in-depth Google Workspace expertise to support the technical relationship with Google’s customers and technical stakeholders, developing strategy to resolve technical blockers, product positioning, influencing the product roadmap, and advocating product capabilities. Prior to joining Google, Ms. Jain was a Solutions Engineer and Technical Architect at Salesforce where she helped customers with core Salesforce solutions and implementation. Ms. Jain graduated from University of California, Berkeley with Masters in Information Management and has previously worked at Salesforce, PwC, and Expedia.
